Pretty 90s union made black & white polka dot and flower skirt. Has a wrap skirt look to it, but it is secure/sewn and zips up the back. Buttery soft fabric.

Has a couple little flaws in the fabric at the bottom on the back. Tagged a size 8. However, please refer to the measurements to determine fit. Approx measurements:

Waist width: 13.25-13.75”

Hip width: 19.75”-20.25”

Length: 20.5”
